We are about to add a new member to our staff. She comes to us from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches and graduated from their interior design program with a Bachelor of Science degree. SFA is considered one of the best universities for interior design in the state of Texas by being CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) accredited. She values the needs of others by understanding space planning, color theories, elements and principals of design, to codes and commercial design. She can take your ideas and thoughts into reality by creating and designing exactly what you have envisioned. By identifying the design problem, She can problem solve, research, and identify spacial concerns for any client. Her knowledge includes and succeeds the following bases of interior design: fundamentals, creative solutions to resolve design problems, history of interior furniture and furnishings, principles of textiles, building codes, interior codes, life safety, ADA, cabinetry design, human factors, interior lighting, perspective drawings, building construction systems, applied codes in commercial design, plumbing, and appliances.
